The actual pay rate and pay grade for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant’s years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and employer business practices.NOTE THIS IS A TEMPORARY, PER DIEM/PRN OPENING.What You Will DoProduces branded content, including videos, motion graphics and animation, photography, presentations, and infographics in support of Sharp HealthCare's brand and strategic objectives.Responsible for the scheduling and project management of jobs within the multimedia group. An active producer and collaborator, this role integrates with the Graphic Design team under leadership of the Manager of Graphic Design to produce content in alignment with strategic goals, working with other areas including Advertising, Digital Marketing and entity marketing teams.Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with a focus in journalism, film production, or related field.
2 uears of experience in multimedia production within a production company, news organization, advertising agency and/or large regional organization preferred.
Experience with competing priorities in rapidly changing business and corporate environments.
Essential Functions
Department support Develops and maintains project archiving system.Coordinates day-to-day activities of the multimedia production team. Helps ensure regular tasks and activities, such as photo/video release filing, routing of creative, management of vendors, and special projects are completed in a timely and effective manner.
Project support Manages post-production projects, including editing long-form video into shorter content for digital use.Partners with Graphic Design, Advertising, Digital Marketing and entity marketing teams, and outside marketing agencies to provide comprehensive recommendations based on project goals and budgets.
Quality and efficiency Produces high-quality branded content, including videos, motion graphics and animation, photography, presentations, and infographics as assigned.Develops production schedules and coordinates photo and video shoots, working within established timelines and budgets. Elevates high-priority projects as needed.Coordinates production vendors as needed.Collaborates with Multimedia Senior Specialist to prioritize workloads.Ensures adherence to Sharp graphic standards and applicable licensing and privacy laws.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge and working history of multimedia production and editing, including brand videos.
Exceptional customer service, project management and interpersonal skills; consistent exemplification of Sharp's Behavior Standards.
Attention to detail is required, maintaining a high level of professionalism and quality while adhering to deadlines.
